Adbuild is a Central Coast Building Business that has been operating under the direct ownership & supervision of Central Coast builder Craig Smythe who has over 30yrs of Building experience as a licenced Builder & Metal Roof Plumber in all areas of construction from Residential to Commmercial / Industrial.

We are not a Project Builder or Volume Builder. We complete one to two projects at any one time which allows us to focus on the clients needs & financial budgets in achieving a detailed quality lasting project that will withstand time to be enjoyed by all.
As a member of the Housing Industry Association (HIA), Craig Smythe has received a number of Awards for Excellence in his line of work & contributes an active role with the Association due to his passion for Building. In 2001 Craig became a Regional Executive Member of the Hunter /Central Coast HIA, in 2003 became the Vice President till 2009 & now currently holds the position of President. Within the HIA Craig is also a Regional HIA Housing Award Judge since 2003, National Judge since 2004 & National GreenSmart Judge since 2009 as well as holding positions on various National Task Forces with Training Apprentices / Contracting. All of his devoted time with the HIA is voluntary as he believes in giving back to the Industry what the Industry has given him.
We employ labour on a need to basis with all our work being undertaken by fully insured & licenced contractors who can deliver the highest standard of workmanship that Adbuild strives to achieve.
We are happy to employ contractors that the client prefers over the recommended contractors that we employ should the request be required however we do reserve the right to decline should the contractor not meet the standard & requirements expected.
